In store return policy:
Thank you for shopping with Kismet! Customer service is our top priority. We take pride in all of the products that we carefully select and stand behind the quality of our merchandise. Should you find yourself in our store and decide to buy a gift or get yourself a treat, we would happily honor any returns of unused merchandise by exchange or store credit only. This policy is good for 14 days after purchase. No returns on sale items or custom orders.

We understand the difference between buying something you can feel and see in person and buying something from a picture; therefore, for returns on items purchased online, we will issue a refund, store credit or exchange. This policy is good for 14 days after purchase. There are no returns on sale items or custom orders.
If you do have any problem with your order, please do the following:
Call 303-477-3378 or email us at kismet3640@gmail.com within 14 business days from receipt of goods to obtain a Product Return Okay. Please note on your packing slip who you talked to for the okay, the reason for your return, and the date you called the shop. Even if you email us, we still want this info on the packing slip. Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted if the package does not include this information. Once we receive the unused goods with the proper information back to the store, we will issue you a refund or store credit or send you your exchange.
