A Birthday Celebration Success!

Birthdays come and go, but Kismet’s “2nd birthday celebration” last month, made a lasting impression on two charities, the Tennyson Center for Children and The Cambodian Children’s Fund, in which 20 percent of sales from the six-hour birthday event were donated. Thank you to everyone who stopped in to toast the occasion and to all who made purchases, your dollars will help change lives.
The celebration was a hit, our store was busting with visitors, shoppers and well-wishers from start to finish! Everyone enjoyed the live music, great shopping, and fantastic food and drink! Special thanks to Happy Cakes Bake Shop for providing the scrumptious cupcakes and Mondo Vino for the champagne! A good time was had by all!
A bit about the non-profits. . .
The Tennyson Center for Children’s mission is to work with children, youth, and their families to overcome a variety of life crises, including abuse and neglect. They are a community of people dedicated to serving children and youth and strengthening families.

The Cambodian Children’s Fund, an organization that fulfills the basic needs of shelter, food, and medical care for Cambodian children in need.
